What You’ll Actually Do

• Install top-quality heating and cooling systems in homes and businesses across the Kootenays. Run new ductwork, set equipment properly, commission systems so they run clean and efficient, and fix problems when they pop up. You’ll work on both residential and light commercial jobs — variety that keeps the days interesting.
• You’ll get to see your work every single day: families staying warm through -30° winters and cool through July heatwaves. That feels good.

Who We’re Looking For

• Certified HVAC tech (Red Seal or equivalent is a big plus)
• Solid experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting systems
• Someone who pays attention to detail and doesn’t cut corners
• Good with customers — you can explain what you’re doing without talking down to people
• Physically strong and ready to work in real Kootenay weather
• Reliable, clean driver’s abstract, and a no-drama attitude
